24/7 emergency response centre

No matter what time of the day or night, or what day it is, operators at Orbis Monitoring’s UK-based response centre are always there to handle emergency calls on a client’s behalf.

They have the experience of handling 1000s of incidents throughout the UK and the Continent. Some are major emergencies. Many though are minor events, or minor if they are caught early enough. Even if it turns out to be nothing, being there just in case is all part of the service.

Clients can be assured that, even if they can’t be there themselves, everything possible will be done to minimise damage from incidents.

Whether it’s a lone worker who is being violently attacked, a tenant with a crisis, an alarm activation, critical equipment failure, routine incident reporting or a major disaster requiring crisis management teams to be mobilised, sophisticated software ensures that even a client’s most complex requirements can be fulfilled.

Where required, advanced location technology can be used to pinpoint the whereabouts of personnel and assets anywhere in the world.
